How much does food truck hire cost?
Bowls start from £9.95 a head, with a minimum spend of £1,500 (all prices exclude VAT), whether you book the food truck, the gazebo stall or an indoor counter. Above that, we quote for your event based on the location, guest numbers, menu and service time. Include your budget in the enquiry if you have one.
How many guests can you serve?
We cater events of any size, from office lunches to festivals. At most of our 2026 events we served around 1,000 bowls a day, and we can serve up to 400 bowls an hour at peak times.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Tell us what your guests need and we’ll discuss suitable menu options and allergen information. Please confirm specific requirements with our team before booking.
Which setup do I need?
The truck suits outdoor sites with vehicle access. The gazebo fits markets, food halls and tighter pitches, indoors or out. For offices and venues, our indoor counter sets up in your canteen or event space. Send us the location and we’ll confirm travel, access and any power requirements before a booking is agreed.
How far do you travel?
We cater events across London and anywhere within about 100 miles of London. Tell us the location in your enquiry and we’ll confirm travel and access.
Do you offer catering without the truck?
Yes. For office lunches and group orders, visit our catering shop to explore the menu and ordering options.
Does an enquiry reserve my date?
No. Our team will confirm availability, pricing and booking arrangements directly. Your date is not reserved by preparing or sending an enquiry.
