How much does corporate event catering cost?
Bowls start from £9.95 a head, with a minimum spend of £1,500 (all prices exclude VAT), whether you book the food truck, the gazebo stall or an indoor counter. Above that, we quote based on the location, guest numbers, menu and service time.
Can you create a custom menu for our company?
Yes. We can build a menu around your event, your team and your brief, as we did for lululemon’s indoor counter. Tell us what you have in mind in your enquiry.
How many people can you feed?
Any size of team, from office lunches to company-wide events. We serve up to 400 bowls an hour at peak and around 1,000 bowls a day at most of our 2026 events.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Our menu has vegan and vegetarian options, and items containing gluten are clearly labelled. Tell us your team’s requirements and we’ll talk through suitable options and allergen information.
Do you deliver office lunches without a setup?
Yes. For team lunches and meetings, order a drop-off from our catering shop and we’ll deliver to your office.
How far do you travel?
We cater corporate events across London and anywhere within about 100 miles of London.
